Shipping Policy: Global Free Expedited Standard Shipping (Excluding certain remote or specific regions.)
NOVELLE VOW customers receive complimentary fast standard shipping on every order, covering most destinations worldwide. Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and can ship within 48 hours.
1. Processing and Fulfillment Times
Once your order (including both custom and made-to-order items) has been crafted and is ready for shipment, your jewelry will be sent via complimentary Expedited Standard Shipping.
Shipping Notification: A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Note: For handcrafted items, the production time is 7–15 business days. Production time for rush orders is up to 7 business days. Express Shipping Options are available for all items at checkout for an additional fee. Please see details below.

3. Shipping Policies
- We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
- We ship exclusively to physical business or home addresses; P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
- Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@novellevow.com as soon as you place your order.
4. Duty and Taxes
- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.
- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We will try our best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.
- International (Other): Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that NOVELLE VOW does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
5. Tracking An Order
You'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number that confirms your order has been shipped. Using this tracking number, you can check the status of your order on the corresponding websites:
