All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders require approximately 1–3 business days for initial order processing before production begins.

Because many of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted or made to order, production time may vary depending on the product style, material, stone selection, and customisation requirements.

Typical Production Time:
Made-to-order jewellery typically requires 7–15 business days for production before dispatch.

Some ready-to-ship items may be dispatched sooner.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

The following delivery estimates are provided as general guidance. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that production time is separate from the shipping transit time shown above. Total delivery time generally consists of order processing, production, and shipping transit time.

3. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

NOVELLE VOW jewellery is made to order and prepared through our production and fulfilment partners.

Once production and order preparation are completed, your order is dispatched using an international shipping service to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
