Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine the defect is covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the item free of charge, replace it, or, if the item is no longer available, offer a replacement with a similar product or a refund equivalent to the original purchase price.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Jewelry naturally wears over time. Issues like excessive wear and tear, accidental damage, loss (including stones), or improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals) are not covered.
  • Fading or Tarnishing: Metals will naturally tarnish and fade over time, especially if not cared for properly (e.g., wearing in hot tubs or pools, spraying perfume directly on the jewelry).
  • Prong Wear: Precious metals, especially prongs, will wear down with daily use. Over time, prongs may thin and loosen, presenting a risk of stone loss. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage from accidents, misuse, dropping, impact, or non-standard activities (e.g., heavy manual labor, sports).
  • Plated Silver Items: The fading of plated silver items is inevitable. Tarnishing due to activities like showering or swimming is not covered and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any product that has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than NOVELLE VOW.
  • Force Majeure: Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Important Notice：Please note that this is not an unconditional free lifetime warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Any repairs or replacements needed for issues like normal wear and tear or customer misuse will incur a service fee. We believe in transparency, so we want you to be fully aware that while our lifetime warranty is free for quality-related issues, services for non-covered issues will be charged.

How to Claim

If you believe your product has a covered issue, please contact our support team.

  • Contact Us: Email support@novellevow.com to initiate a claim. Please provide your name, original order number (if available), and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Provide Evidence: You will be asked to provide clear photos or a short video of the defect for our assessment.
  • Assessment & Resolution: Our team will review your claim. If the issue is covered, we will proceed with a free repair or replacement. If it is not covered, we will explain why and provide a paid service option.
