Many of our jewellery pieces are made to order. Orders are prepared through our dedicated production and fulfilment partners and dispatched using international shipping services once they are ready.

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

• Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Most orders require approximately 1–3 business days for initial order processing before production begins.
• Because many of our jewellery pieces are made to order, production time may vary depending on the product style, selected material, stone, ring size, and customisation requirements.

The following delivery estimates are provided as general guidance. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Total delivery time generally consists of order processing + production + shipping transit time.

3. Production, Fulfilment & Dispatch

NOVELLE VOW operates as an online-only international jewellery brand.

Our jewellery is made to order through dedicated production partners and fulfilled through our international fulfilment network, including fulfilment operations in Hong Kong. Following production and quality checking, orders are prepared for international dispatch through our fulfilment partners. Depending on the product and delivery destination, the dispatch location may vary.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
