At Novelle Vow, we offer complimentary fast standard shipping on all orders, with expedited shipping options available at checkout for an additional fee.
We primarily serve customers in Australia, while also offering shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other supported international regions.
1. Processing and Fulfilment Times
Once your order — including custom and made-to-order pieces — has been crafted and is ready for shipment, your jewellery will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.
A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Production Time:
Handcrafted items typically require 7–15 business days for production. Rush production options, where available, may require up to 7 business days. Some in-stock items may ship sooner.

3. Shipping Policies
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- We ship exclusively to physical residential or business addresses. P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
- Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at support@novellevow.com.
4. Duties & Taxes
- United States: Duties and taxes may be charged based on local regulations.
- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- International (Other): Orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by local authorities. Novelle Vow has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the costs, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
